Canterbury Link College offers you a complete learning pathway from begginer's English through to high level National Business Diplomas. Depending on your skills, you may enter the pathway at your chosen point and study in the College until you have achieved your goals. We offer caring and professional guidance and support throughout your study, to assist you in succeeding both academically and personally.

This is the best and fastest option for students wanting further study, but whose English language skills need further development.

Internationally Recognised Qualifications

Canterbury Link College offers two levels of qualifications within our business programmes -- A National Diploma at Level 5 and a National Diploma at Level 6. Qualifications are awarded at each level of achievement.

Students in the English language courses may opt for academic or general programmes at the level which suits them best.

Our students' language qualifications (TOEIC and IELTS) are recognised both internationally and in New Zealand and our Business qualifications are registered with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.

Learning - With our small class sizes and approachable tutors, students have more opportunities to attain their goals. We have direct pathways that lead on from our courses to universities and other higher learning institutions.

Nature - Christchurch city is renowned as the Garden City of New Zealand. We have many beautiful parks and reserves throughout the city. There are plenty of opportunities to take a walk, whether you would like it to be long or short, to be able to 'get away from it all' or for a moment's peace and quiet. In summer, some classes choose to study in the peaceful surrounds of nearby Hagley Park.

Adventure - Learning can be an adventure! Combine study with exciting and interesting activities. We provide opportunities for students to take part in fun activities during the week, on weekends and in the holiday periods.

Teamwork - As part of their business studies, students have to complete several research, assignments and practical components. Here at Canterbury Link College we encourage students by giving them real situations in which they can show their own skills. Collaboration is also encouraged during research assignments. We provide activities to help students learn valuable social skills.

Employment - Because of the lengths we go to enable students to succeed, their ability to gain employment is greatly enhanced. We cant guarantee employment, but will help wherever possible.
